Welcome to BestMobileProxiesCompare. By accessing or using bestmobileproxiescompare.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
BestMobileProxiesCompare is an independent, informational comparison website. We review, score and rank third-party mobile proxy providers and publish related guides and articles. We are not a proxy provider ourselves and do not sell proxy services.
2. Affiliate disclosure
The Site is ad-supported and participates in affiliate programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click certain links and sign up or make a purchase with a third-party provider — including our top-ranked partner, Cheapest Proxies — at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships help fund our work but do not change our scoring methodology or the resulting rankings. We aim to present honest, balanced assessments, including the strengths of providers we do not rank first.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep pricing, features and ratings current, but the proxy market changes quickly. All information on the Site — including prices, specifications, ratings and availability — is provided for general comparison purposes only, may be incomplete or out of date, and is indicative, not guaranteed. Always verify the latest details directly on the provider's official website before purchasing.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use any proxy service, including compliance with the terms of service of the websites you access and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Use the Site or its content for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the Site's security;
- Copy, scrape or republish substantial portions of our content without permission;
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics and original content on the Site are owned by BestMobileProxiesCompare or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement.
7. Third-party links
The Site contains links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, policies or practices of any third-party site. Following external links is at your own risk, and the third party's own terms and privacy policy will apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestMobileProxiesCompare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including any decisions made based on our rankings or information. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestMobileProxiesCompare from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
